Allerdings hat die Infrastruktur hier immer noch einen eher provisorischen Charakter. \u201eDer Zustand der Stra\u00dfen, B\u00fcrgersteige und Beleuchtung ist schon fast als desolat zu <!--more-->bezeichnen\u201c, sagt der CDU-Stadtverordnete Daniel Kl\u00f6pper. Und die provisorischen B\u00fcrgersteige k\u00f6nnen zu Stolperfallen werden. Die CDU-Fraktion Frechen bittet die Verwaltung zu pr\u00fcfen, wann die Stra\u00dfen soweit fertiggestellt werden, dass sie abgenommen werden k\u00f6nnen. \u201eAu\u00dferdem muss die Beleuchtung auf Funktion und Sicherheit gepr\u00fcft werden\u201c, so Kl\u00f6pper.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frechen.
